As a Primary School Teacher, I know the importance of providing a variety of health education to children, and I am all too familiar with the stresses and strains teaching brings! That’s why I wanted to bring my two experiences of teaching together to bring yoga to schools. Travelling around schools, I use the gym mats that all schools have and deliver fun and enjoyable sessions for adults and children alike!

Yoga in Schools

Yoga for pupils

From hosting yoga after school clubs, I fell in love with teaching yoga to children. As with a lot of things, they are so eager to learn and to show off what they have learned! Their sheer ability to be so uninhibited by self-conciousness is utterly inspiring, and an absolute joy to be around. My classes are suitable for children from Reception right up to Year 6 and beyond, as modifications to poses are always offered and demonstrated.

I am available for booking during the school day or for an after school club. Please send through an enquiry form with your requirements and I will be in touch!

Yoga for staff

I know how hard teaching is. Not only is the job itself difficult and taxing on the brain, but it also takes its toll on the body. Tension is held in all of our muscles, and as the job doesn’t allow much free time to fully unwind this tension builds and builds. This is why I offer staff wellbeing sessions, where colleagues can come together, have a bit of a laugh, and feel their issues melt away in a familiar setting with trusted companions.

I am available for booking during the day, i.e. as part of an Inset Day, or after school. Please send through an enquiry form with your requirements and I will be in touch!
