The Studio

One of the main attractions of Abbi Santosha Yoga is the ability to practice indoors, in a beautiful, light and airy studio, or outside in the well-kept grounds of the studio, where wild flowers and birdsong can be seen and heard and you can be one with nature. Depending on the class (and weather!) we can do classes inside or outside.

In the studio I have limited the spaces to four people per class, to really allow me to guide you through your practice.

We have everything you will need for your practice:

Yogi Bare mats | blocks | straps | blankets

We also have the following amenities that you can use:

Classes

Here at Abbi Santosha Yoga I offer three types of classes in the studio to match your mood: Unwind, Flow and Ignite. Each class allows for a maximum of four people to allow you to really relax into your practice, and receive hands on, truly personalised guidance from me, if desired. Check the descriptions of each class below to find your flow.

Unwind

60 minutes

Feel relaxation wash over you as you settle into this Yin yoga session. Throughout the hour, we will move slowly and meaningfully through mostly floor based yoga poses, focussing on breathing and our meditative states, leaving you with a calm, relaxed mind and gently-stretched body by the end of the session.

This class is ideal for those who are new to yoga, those with injuries or mobility issues, or those who would like to slow down and embrace serenity.

Flow

60 minutes

Join me for a traditional Vinyasa yoga session, where we will combine a variety of poses with controlled breathing to seamlessly flow through sequences at a faster pace than in the Unwind class. This class will get your heart rate rising, whilst also allowing you to relax into postures and feel the stretch. 

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to pro-yogis, as modifications will be demonstrated throughout to allow your practice to be effortless and tailored to your specific needs.  

Ignite

45 minutes

If you’re looking for a combination of classic yoga poses with a heart pumping HIIT (high intensity interval training) session then this is the class for you! Each class will focus on a specific area of the body, with tailored poses to really work your muscles whilst centering around the strength and alignment of traditional yoga . 

This class is an invigorating and fast-paced class, and so is more suited to those more familiar with yoga, and those with a fair baseline of fitness.

I also offer private sessions in the studio. These are a great way to get tailored advice to help develop your practice. Whether you are a seasoned yogi wanting to finally achieve that headstand, or a beginner wanting to perfect your postures and alignment, a private session could be just what you need. At the beginning of the session we will do an assessment to discuss where you currently are with your flexbility and mobility and where you’d like to get to. I will then develop a personal plan so we can work towards achieving your goals.

Price List

I believe what I have here at Abbi Santosha Yoga is special. If you choose to join us, you will be taking part in an intimate, supportive session with hands on assists and personalised prompts to your practice. The small number of guests allows me the ability to get to know each individual  and deliver a class that is right for you.

For studio classes the prices are as follows:

All classes are to be paid for via contactless payment or cash on arrival. Unfortunately your space will be refused if payment has not been received by the start of the class. One block booking per person. This cannot be used for more than one person per class.
